How do I get an estimate of my project ?There are several ways. Email us with as much information as you can so we can get an idea of your project. Call us to discuss your specific needs. If you have a sketch, scan or pdf, email it to us so we can get a good idea of the work involved. BIM modeling is creating a 3D model for your building projects. These models are used as a link to the Architectural, Civil, Contractors, Sub-Contractors and Vendors to help in design, testing and coordination of your complete building project prior to construction. Think of the possibilities of being able to view, edit and test for construction conflicts all before starting construction. RFI's, change orders and conflicts can all be reduced if not eliminated all before work begins. We use AutoCAD MEP 2012 to do all of our 3D Cad Drafting and modeling, which then can be shared with the General Contractor, Architect, Engineer or Agency to review the proposed layout, and do collision testing using NavisWorks prior to construction. This helps not only the tradesmen in the field to layout their work, but also reduces the amount of field change orders that normally occur during construction. We use Cad, Excel and Adobe Acrobat to create all of our Builders Plot plans, Lot Fits, Site plans, Model complexes and Site Wall plans so that these can easily be shared with the Reviewing Agencies, Contractors, Vendors and Home Owner.
